4 and a half stars - The weekly spread is what I rely on in a planner, and this spread fits my needs perfectly. I love the area for the brain dump the important tasks and the schedule, it's all laid out nicely. I deduct half a star though for the binding, there's some issue with not all the pages opening fully and laying flat (also would have preferred a different color cover). See video. But other than that an excellent planner and I can see my self purchasing 2027's when it comes out.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this planner! It’s truly the best planner I’ve ever used. The layout is beautiful, the Catholic content is thoughtful and enriching, and it genuinely helps me stay organized while keeping my faith at the center of my daily life. I’ve tried many planners over the years, and this one stands out because it feels intentional, practical, and spiritually encouraging all at the same time.
The only improvement I could suggest is related to the way the days of the week are arranged across different sections. In the yearly view and the monthly view, the first day of the week is Sunday. However, in the weekly view, the first day of the week is Monday. Because of this, the flow from one section to another can feel a bit confusing. When moving from the monthly spread to the weekly pages, I sometimes have to pause and reorient myself since the starting day suddenly shifts.
It might be helpful if all the views used Sunday as the first day of the week so the layout stays consistent throughout the planner. That small change would make an already fantastic planner even more intuitive to use.
Overall, though, I absolutely love this planner and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-designed Catholic planner that supports both organization and spiritual life. It’s clear that a lot of care went into creating it, and it has made a real difference in my daily routine.
This planner does it all. I have used Franklin Planners, Ink& Volt, Erin Condrin, Levenger, Agendio…. The Big Catholic Planner has everything I need. Thank you!
Still getting used to using it. Formally just used a monthly calendar for appointments. Newly converting to Catholicism, and will admit….it is a tremendous amount of information. I look forward to the day it is a reminder and not all new info.
The course is great to reflect about the past year what worked and ŵhat did not. Invites God to our new year and allow Him to dirct us without holding on to our plan.
Received after I was able to incorporate its use into January planning. Was unaware that a third party would be required to print it, as I expected delivery of the actual printed calendar along with the Planner. That fact was not clear in the information provided when I ordered the "bundle".
I have loved this format in other planners for many years . Having it in a Catholic format is perfect- brings faith into work and home planning. I would love a little bit smaller for greater portability. But that’s a minor personal preference.
This was great - I always start to do this in a new year, on my own, and never finish. This was great to have a set chunk of time commitment with all of you. Now to just finish it up a bit. Thank you so much!
I love seeing the entire year in one view. This will be a game changer for our planning process. And my kids love all the symbols to help us live liturgically!
I am in high school and love using this planner for my school assignments and other tasks. The design is great and helps me keep track of what I need to do each day. I would definitely get this again. And the stickers are really fun!
No planner is perfect, but I appreciate having enough space in the planner (both notes and a 5am - 10pm daily slot) and also having a planner that is permeated with the Church's liturgical life.
The stickers are a nice bonus to the planner. I know not everyone will use them, but they help things stand out. I do wish the tabs for the months were just a little more robust or hefty, but they get the job done at least.
This planner is fantastic! I was hesitant at first because there aren't many details or photos, but I liked the look of the week at a glance pages. They have lined hours 5am-10pm, with extra space above for to-do lists and itemized tasks. There is a 2 page lined journaling spread after each month, as well as 17 extra pages at the end . All the liturgical dates, Feasts, Ember and Rogation days are named, although, Epiphany is listed as Sunday Jan. 4, not Jan. 6 (traditional); this isn't a problem, but it would have been nice to have the ancient date listed. This is my only critique! There are 2 pages listing Solemnities, Notable Feasts, Covenant, Consecration. And 2 more pages explaining them. In my opinion, this is the perfect amount of catechism.
One very useful feature, which I have never seen in a planner, is the 2 page year at a glance. It has boxes for labeling. This view will make scheduling long events, like vacations, summer camps, work trips, guest visits, field trips, etc. uncomplicated to avoid double booking. Following, there is 1 page plan ahead for each year 2027 and 2028.
The planner is hard cover, book binding, but it lays flat, even on the first page. I think it would be appropriate for a professional to use at work.
I am a homeschooling mom, and it is perfect for my needs! I like the muted colors and am glad the content is simple. I have previously used the Blessed Is She and Ascension planners. The BIG Catholic Planner is my favorite! +
Just received my planner and I just LOVE it!! * I got the hard cover fabric one and it is so worth it! The cover is absolutely beautiful and the planner is the best I've ever used. Love the planning guides/resources, lined note-taking pages, and the beautiful Catholic liturgical calendar is the best! Looking forward to getting my little stickers next. Thank you so much for this wonderful planner!
